Natalia is the Director of Operations and the heart of Kessler Zakkai. No job is too big or too small, and she is the go-to person who helps keep the entire team organized, supported, and on track every step of the way.

Natalia began her career in real estate in 2003 as an administrator. Through that role, she developed a deep understanding of the many moving parts of the industry, including marketing, scheduling, offer preparation, and deal processing, to name a few. Her daily interactions and experiences with both buyers and sellers inspired her to pursue her real estate licence and become a professional in her own right.

With practical thinking, a positive attitude, and years of hands-on industry experience, Natalia is exceptionally well equipped to support clients in finding the perfect home and navigating the buying and selling process with confidence. Her calm, capable presence and strong attention to detail make her an invaluable part of both the client experience and the internal success of the team.

Natalia also speaks Portuguese, allowing her to serve a broader range of clients with warmth and ease.

When Natalia isn’t busy with real estate, she enjoys life with her husband and three active children. Family life reminds her of what matters most and inspires her to bring care, dedication, and excellence to every aspect of her work.
